We’re ‘Ready to Burn’

You can be assured of high quality firewood and kindling having achieved the nationally recognised DEFRA ‘Ready to Burn’ accreditation. 

Run by HETAS and Woodsure we are assessed and inspected annually by an external inspector who examines and verifies our processes including production, storage, measuring and most importantly the correct moisture content.

A low moisture content is essential for a good clean burn.  Certified wood fuels will give you more heat and burn more efficiently than unseasoned, green wood and reduce the environmental impact of burning.  Using proven dry wood is better for your appliance and chimney and will help reduce maintenance and fuel costs.
